This page provides the required disclosure for moo.coffee's participation in the Amazon EU Associates Programme, covering Amazon.co.uk (United Kingdom) and Amazon.ie (Ireland).
moo.coffee is a participant in the Amazon EU Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.ie.
1. Programme participation

2. How Amazon affiliate links work
When you click a product link on moo.coffee that leads to Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.ie, the URL contains our associate tag. If you make a qualifying purchase within the attribution window, Amazon pays us a commission. This does not increase the price you pay.
3. Required Amazon disclosures
In accordance with the Amazon EU Associates Operating Agreement:
- "As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases."
- "Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates."
- Certain content that appears on moo.coffee comes from Amazon Services LLC. This content is provided "as is" and is subject to change or removal at any time.

4. Compliance with operating agreement
We comply with the full Amazon Associates Operating Agreement, including:
- Clear and conspicuous disclosure of our affiliate relationship on every page containing affiliate links.
- No misleading or false claims about products, prices, or promotions.
- No use of Amazon trademarks beyond what is permitted by the programme.
- No sending of unsolicited email or spam containing affiliate links.
- No cloaking or hiding affiliate links in a manner that deceives users.
5. UK Consumer Protection
In compliance with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs) and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, we ensure that:
- All affiliate links are clearly identified.
- Product recommendations are honest and based on genuine assessment.
